Solo-II Pryzm Palladium Electric Guitar, Gloss Black

Power Your Performance Potential with Przym and Schecter

Schecter’s standout single-cut, the Solo II, has found a home among genre-transcending artists who proudly wield it to reimagine the roots of rock that inspire both the instrument and their craft. For the Solo II Przym Palladium, Schecter tapped a different type of artist to reimagine the audiovisual-aesthetic potential that this searing 6-string could evoke, collaborating with Przym — the minds behind the anodized aluminum top that features a captivating baroque-inspired design, contrasting the machined metal into which it’s been carved. As one of Schecter’s most striking works yet, the Solo II Przym Palladium has Sweetwater’s Guitar Shop delighted to report that the brand’s historic penchant for pairing performance and panache is on full display with the compound-radius Solo II, as no effort has been spared in outfitting this eye-grabbing axe with a ferocious foundation. Armed with a 3-piece neck, carbon fiber reinforcement rods, and an explosive array of triple-voice Fishman firepower, the Schecter Solo II Przym Palladium is a masterclass of audiovisual elegance. Are you ready to step up your setup?

    Built for serious sonic support

Beneath the metal top’s flowery yet ferocious, fauna-focused finesse, Schecter built the Solo II Przym Palladium to deliver sonic haymakers with the best of them, and what could be more important than a formidable foundation? Its mahogany body anchors your tones to a broad yet balanced blend of blooming overtones, shimmering harmonics, and midrange heft, supplying ample overtones and powerful projection. Thanks to the guitar’s set-neck construction, these aural qualities are only amplified by the maple neck, resonating to invoke immense depth and dimensionality. Up top is an ebony fretboard, revered for its enduring sustain, bell-like clarity, and uncompromising articulation, delivering precision and presence throughout every register.

Voltaic vengeance in three Fishman degrees

Although the Schecter Solo II Przym Palladium would look right at home displayed in a museum, this playable piece of art is anything but artifice. Building on its aural architrave, a tenacious trio of voltaic voicing options abound, courtesy of its dual Fishman Fluence Modern humbuckers. Each metal-covered machine offers two distinct sets of sonic sorcery, owing to Fishman’s innovative active-design engineering, arming the bridge and neck with ceramic- and alnico-magnet pickups, respectively. With Fishman’s Fluence Modern line, a total of three voices are available. Voice 1 delivers searing, harmonic-rich clarity and transparent, focused presence that doesn’t compromise definition for its imposing, full-bodied profile. Voice 2 supplies a suite of passive-design support, balancing headroom, dynamic range, and articulation that won’t thin out as you push the gain. Voice 3 is Fishman’s Fluence-style take on a single-coil sound — crystalline character meets glass-like resonance, with plenty of chime.

Where things get interesting with the Solo II Przym Palladium is in how its circuitry affords access to this forge of Fishman flexibility. Rather than clutter the elegant surface with cumbersome knobs and switches, Schecter outfitted the Master Volume and Tone knobs with push-pull functions that each default at the active Voice 1. But, alternate options for the bridge- and neck-mounted pickups were distributed to Voice 2 and Voice 3, respectively, in addition to a 3-way pickup toggle. Taken together, the Solo II Przym’s expanded aural aperture gives you a wealth of tone-crafting tenacity right at the source.

Forged with finesse and engineered for excellence

Luxe looks and striking sounds abound, and Schecter’s luthiers constructed the Solo II Przym Palladium to provide unfettered access to its suite of sonic sculpting. For starters, the neck was built to simultaneously reduce weight, minimize fatigue, and increase both dimensional stability and harmonic complexity, leading Schecter to utilize carbon fiber reinforcement rods to undergird the neck’s 3-piece construction. This augmented resilience to twisting and warping makes the Solo II Przym Palladium a robust road warrior, with its Thin C-shaped neck profile topped by a fretboard that boasts a compound 12–16-inch radius. Add to this the comfort-focused body contouring, satin-finished neck, and elegant treble-side cutaway, and this Przym is primed to provide speed, precision, and control over all 22 hard-wearing stainless steel frets. Schecter-built locking tuners and a Tonepros locking TOM bridge and stopbar tailpiece bookend the axe’s 24.75-inch scale, with a Graph Tech Black TUSQ XL nut that keeps your sounds buzz-free, supplying vault-grade security that withstands the most adventurous aural acrobatics.
